“Very satisfied”
The staff were all friendly and seemed to care about my needs. Since I’m on oxygen, they made sure I got a ground‑floor room for easier access to my equipment, which really mattered.
“I will never be staying here again. An uber to and from the concert still would’ve been cheaper and easier at a differen”
It was close to the concert. Check in took well over an hour, tried charging 5 different cards, all for them to finally say we can do it in another name. Lost an hour getting ready. No compensation, just a rude attitude from the manager talking about how fast she was. Over an hour standing in one spot. My legs were tired before the concert even started. Then another employee tells me it’s time to go to bed when I requested another room key at 2am

The best thing about the Embassy was how close it was to the Amp Theater. The air conditioner didn’t work; the room stayed at 75°‑76° the whole time, which was very uncomfortable. The living‑room TV sound was broken—you could’t hear it even at maximum volume. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a constant leak in the bathtub that ran all night—definitely not a good experience.

The place was clean, and check‑in and check‑out were smooth. I didn’t like that there were no regular TV channels; you had to log into your own streaming services, except for Sirius XM for music.
