The spot is unbeatable – right in the middle of everything. But from the moment you step in, it feels cramped: no place to drop bags, no sofa to kick back on the first floor, and the bathroom is a nightmare – shower water drips all the way to the toilet, no mirrors, no soft lighting, and the stair lamp is dead. I even spotted mice skittering around the roof at night. Cleanliness is questionable, and the price feels way too high for a place that feels like a haunted house.

The location was spot on, and everything looked clean and cozy. The only downside? No AC, so it was swelteringly hot during our stay.

The place is in a fantastic spot, and the staff (Lusine) welcomed us at 3 a.m. with great politeness. The only hiccup was that the boiler wasn’t on, so we had no hot water at first, but by morning it was sorted.
