“Peggior soggiorno della nostra vita!”
The room was horrible: stained carpet, awful smell in both room and bathroom, lots of cockroaches, dust and grime everywhere, especially in the bathroom, the shower was actually spraying onto the toilet! They claimed there would be a TV, but there was none. The property is far from the city centre, and the reception guy couldn't get us connected to the Wi‑Fi. The front desk staff don't speak any English; they rely on Google Translate, which makes communication tough. We were supposed to stay four nights but only spent two hours in the room, went on the Ijen mountain trek, packed our bags, and left.
