The staff were very kind and helped me with the key and how to get to the airport, even showing me how to buy an Istanbul card. The room was clean and had a dresser, which was very helpful. The hallway light in front of the room was off, which made me a bit uneasy, and the room key was a bit difficult to use.

The location is great, and from the roof you get a nice view of the Bosphorus, but you’re not allowed to sit with beer or smoke there.
