The location is beautiful, short walks to the perfect spot for watching the solar eclipse; a bit loud toward the restaurant terrace, but with the windows closed you can sleep peacefully 👍. The restaurant is good for such a small hotel, it was also well‑visited… free water, a small thing but very useful and important for the booking? included! Breakfast with add‑ons, but a lot more variety is urgently needed (preferably with an extra charge). Hotels also need a fridge, it’s a must, otherwise it’s better to stay in a holiday apartment. Even though the hotel doesn’t have room service, two days is fine, otherwise it’s a no‑go. Even in this hotel the “old‑fashioned” style needed a new touch; the style can stay rustic.
