“Not again and wont recommend. Sad because it has potential.”

The hotel is close to many activities. I waited 15 minutes to check in, and there was only one staff member. Paying extra for parking is ridiculous in this area. The pool was freezing cold, and the indoor portion was very dark with old water damage visible in the ceiling. When I tried to use a vending machine, none were on my floor, and the ice machine was out of service. Breakfast cost $21, which is crazy; I never tried it because it was so expensive.

“This room was clean, but it was definitely not worth the amount we paid.”

We liked that the location was away from downtown and all the traffic. The parking lot was poorly lit at night, so it didn't feel safe. We booked this place because it had an indoor pool for our kids, but it was freezing cold and not clean, so they couldn't swim. The room next to ours was a joining room; the joining door was locked, but the hallway entry door was open and not locked. My husband saw it propped open and shut it, which still didn't make us feel safe.

The location and breakfast were great, and there was nothing negative.

The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. However, some walls needed fixing and there was a 50.00 per night charge added for potential room fees.
