The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was no breakfast, and the room didn’t have a coffee maker, so I had to get dressed and leave to grab instant coffee from the office.

The staff were genuinely friendly, and when I asked for a late check‑out—normally only an hour—they extended it to an hour and a half, which was a nice gesture. The room was spotless. No complaints.

The only positive was that an elevator was available, which was essential for my disability. Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the exterior area was not tidy.
