The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Our wing had a dedicated help, Bhupendra, who was always available and willing to supply anything that was required. Location and access to most sightseeing places and shopping was very easy

The property is extremely beautiful. The lake view only adds to the overall splendour. They offer a heritage walk in the evening at 5pm for which I had joined slightly later at 5.30pm on 15th August 2026. I had a couple of foreign tourists along with me during the walk. As we approached the end of the walk, I asked the guide a couple of questions about Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace - I thought it better to ask him as a solo female traveller planning to visit the site, than asking a random stranger outside. He answered the first one very briefly and when I started to ask the second , he apruptly cut me off, saying he had to take the 2 guests for the boat ride , as if they were the only important guests. Disappointing for someone associated with Taj. Not to mention, it was my birthday and the property knew that
