Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location was lovely, the staff were professional and friendly, the bedroom was very comfortable, and dinner was excellent with tasty food. Breakfast lacked bacon and I had to wait for more to be cooked.

Convenient and good value

The room was nice. It was a bit far from the town centre.

The spot was easy to reach and there was plenty of parking. The staff were polite and welcoming. The hotel feels large and somewhat impersonal, with furnishings and carpets looking a bit worn and in need of an update. Checking in and out took a long time, and the EV charging stations were a nightmare, abandoned after several attempts.

Lovely, big room and enjoyed the swimming pool sauna and steam room. Easy to access walks along the Thames from the hotel
