However, there are several operational issues: the approach roads through Perumala village are very narrow, the final access route lacks clear signage and has a steep downhill slope, which can be challenging for guests and vehicles. The on‑site restaurant operates at limited capacity and does not serve lunch. There is no dedicated reception desk for check‑ins and inquiries. Toiletries are not provided except for bath towels; an electric kettle is available, but there are no tea or coffee bags. Improving signage and reviewing service availability would better align guest expectations and enhance the arrival experience.
