The lady at the front desk was wonderful and always cheerful 😊 I was able to leave my luggage there before checking in, and the dorm had ample space to store bags. The train station, bus stop, and convenience stores are all nearby. The luggage storage area had a lock with a key, but I couldn’t lock the one I was using.

The staff at the facility were friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with visitors from overseas and a young girl who was very active. I wish they could speak English. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the private room was. The shared shower room was a bit dirty, but I thought that was to be expected.

The equipment was clean, but I was told the service included luggage storage, so I booked that, yet they didn’t keep my bags. If the service can’t be performed or the system can’t support it, they should not advertise it. It was very inconvenient, annoying, and uncomfortable. There were several other aspects that made me feel uneasy.
