The only drawback might be the location, a bit too far from the center. In practice, once you get your bearings and feel comfortable with the city (which takes little time), everything is straightforward.

The key thing to know before booking: it's an apartment with a private room for you, a great balcony, and a bathroom separate from the room in the corridor. The bathroom is all yours and fully equipped. Other guests have their own bathrooms. You'll share a kitchen and corridor. The host comes daily to tidy up; you might see her in the corridor. She's friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom, and kitchen are very clean, and the host keeps everything in order. The location is decent, just a bit of a drive to the center. The free beach is close but dirty; walking a bit left gives you a clean, free beach.

The service and comfort were excellent, everything was tidy and clean. Francesca was very friendly and helpful. The walk to the place was a bit tricky; even though it was near transport, the tunnels you pass through at night are dark.
