The hotel sits close to Monasterio de Santa Escolástica and Sacro Especo, with quiet surroundings and a nearby river sound. Breakfast was excellent, and the bed and shower were good. A mini‑fridge was available. Water and breakfast were included in the room rate. When we arrived we noticed there was a parking space, but it was not allowed to use, nor was it offered for an extra fee. I suggest charging guests for parking and allowing its use. The pick‑up and drop‑off area is very narrow and on a highway.

The Villino is a historic home just steps from Subiaco’s center. We felt very comfortable: Ilaria was incredibly kind, made us feel at ease immediately, and the room and bathroom were clean and suited our needs. Great value for money. Breakfast offered both sweet and savory options. Highly recommended for those who want authentic flavors rather than generic solutions. Thanks, Ilaria.

Ilaria was a very gracious host and kept in touch from the beginning. She welcomed us, showed us where to park, and was very kind. The Villino was immaculately clean! The room was small but perfect. Breakfast was amazing, and Ilaria kindly offered a second coffee and gave excellent recommendations for visiting the monastery and for a great pizza dinner when we arrived. The Villino is beautifully decorated with old antique furniture, photos, and the history of the home. I would highly recommend this place as a base for exploring the area. Nothing to add.
