The room was nice and clean, and its proximity to the metro was great. The management left snacks and coffee/tea in the kitchen, but I think the water system made loud noises all through the night.

The breakfast at the café was unpleasant; each day had different items included, and you couldn't sit outside. The chocolate croissant, however, was very tasty!
