The inn was beautiful, and our gorgeous room was designed like a tea room. The futon was comfortable, and the split and gas heaters kept the room warm. Dinner on the first night (we ate elsewhere afterward) was exceptional. Uno‑san, our host, was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast (Japanese) was generous and beautiful, but somewhat repetitive, as we had mostly the same items for three mornings. On the fourth morning we had breakfast at a very nice café in the small village.

The staff were polite and very nice. The room was quite spacious and had a good view of the outside. I still want to go again.
