The location is fairly good, but a renovation should be considered, especially for the floorboards.

The location near the old town and the democratic harbor district was convenient, and the check‑in was straightforward. The bathroom was nice and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, the cleanliness on the 3rd floor was disappointing: the grass‑green carpet looked like a crime scene from Münster, with brown‑red spots on the same carpet in the room, similar stains on the back of the curtain, and a question of whether someone had been stabbed there. One of the pillows also had a spot.

The rooftop terrace and the good breakfast stood out, and we could leave our luggage in storage. The staff were very friendly. The location was not ideal, and the green carpet floor was a drawback.
