Located 3 km from Mayrhofen, the area provides paragliding, ice‑climbing and cross‑country skiing.

The hotel’s location is wonderful, and everything from the elevator to the wellness area is fully equipped. Our room was superbly furnished, featuring a balcony overlooking the mountains, extremely comfortable beds, ample space, and a large walk‑in shower. The food was as delicious as last year and unmatched. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was perfect for us, and we’ll be back next year.

The staff are friendly, the large wellness area is well equipped and offers plenty of privacy, the rooms are well furnished, there’s ample parking, and an electric car charger right at the hotel. The dinners were absolutely fantastic, a literal culinary experience. There’s also the option to have a pastry or something different in the afternoon after a hike or trip, all included in the price. Every day the room is cleaned to perfection. Breakfast is a choice‑based spread with daily “newspaper” tips on excursions, weather forecasts, etc. Everything is thought through to the smallest detail so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The breakfast is rich, the room has a mountain view and parking is available right in front of the hotel. The wellness area is super. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean. Great value for money! There’s nothing bad to report.

Everything – a spacious room, a balcony with a mountain view, a large bathroom. Pleasant staff, excellent food – a wide selection at breakfast (including freshly prepared eggs in all possible styles), great dinners. The hotel’s location is quiet, yet close to a bus stop and a cable car. Nothing comes to mind.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Dornauhof and were impressed from the very first moment. The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. The staff were exceptional- warm, friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. We always felt very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality products. But dinner was truly the highlight! Every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully balanced and presented with the kind of elegance you would expect from a five-star restaurant. The flavors, presentation and attention to detail were simply outstanding. The whole hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, combining authentic Tyrolean charm with elegance and comfort. A truly special place that we would happily return to and highly recommend!
