The staff were the highlight of the hotel, everyone was so friendly and willing to accommodate any request. The air conditioning in the room was not very cold and was also very noisy even on the lowest fan setting.

“Harika konum ve güleryüzlü personel”

The team was smiling and professional, the hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were helpful, especially with arranging taxis. Facilities were adequate and breakfast offered a satisfying variety; the rooms were clean and sometimes received room service twice a day. However, the room had two separate beds even though we had indicated we were a couple, and while there was water in the room on the first night, any additional water requests on later days incurred a charge.

“Excepcional”

Everything was flawless—from the staff’s helpful, friendly service to the welcome fruit spread, the short walk to the old town, and the excellent breakfast; the large pool stayed sunny most of the time and the bar on the fourth floor was very pleasant, even though the hotel sits a bit far from Porto for anyone wanting to walk.

The venue’s location is amazing, just 2 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes on foot from Fifty Beach, and everything else is within a maximum of 10 minutes. The room was constantly damp, and the minibar staff didn’t check whether they were available before entering the room.
