“The Most horrible deceitful place I have booked payed and stay in my entire life.”

The rave reviews on this site and the low price drew me in, but the reality was far from it. Finding the place was a nightmare—no signs at all. Street parking on the busy road risked damage to our cars. A single guard at a gate led to a steep staircase, then an unstaffed, filthy reception that looked nothing like the app. Worse, one of the three rooms I booked had a broken AC. The golf course was nonexistent, and the pool table was in bad shape. The common room was dirty, with dust on the tables that we had to wipe down ourselves. Fans in the common areas were broken, and the staff claimed they’d fix them the next day—a promise that never materialised amid the dust and dead flies. Water on the upper floors was intermittent, so my family and I never showered in their bathrooms. We were constantly watched by moving CCTV, yet no one addressed our complaints. We tried to leave around 10 pm, but no other places were available for our group, which included a 4‑year‑old and seniors over 80. The property was under construction, with exposed dangerous bars—an obvious health and safety hazard. We documented everything with photos and videos and showed them to the owner, but it felt like we were being betrayed by the reviews. I found another accommodation and left the place at 2 pm the next day, never returning, and stayed at a safer, cleaner, and honest place. No staff was available from arrival to checkout, and we cancelled our second night’s booking. I paid in advance and can honestly swear that this is the most horrible, conniving place I’ve ever booked online. We endured the night and left the next day for Whiterock Beach Hotel.

All the amenities were great, but the internet was slow, so we couldn’t properly play music on the TV.

“Not for Kids or the Elderly”

They had drinks and snacks available, but the place was a death trap for young children and older adults. Drop‑offs everywhere, stairs had no guardrail and were very steep. Steel re‑bar was sticking out of the ground all over the place. We had to rent another room elsewhere and move out my wife’s mother because the stairs from the road to the property were so steep and dangerous. I would not stay here again.
