The place is huge and the pool is always a bonus for anyone looking for a spot away from the coast. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Unfortunately, the property needs several fixes to regain its former glory. We noticed unpleasant smells in various spots, likely from the sewage system, and the cleaning was not always up to par: cobwebs, poorly maintained rooms, and after five days there were still hairs on the bathroom floor. The pool had a film on its surface, and the bins in the courtyard were never emptied during our seven‑day stay. One more point about the welcome: we expected the typical Romagnol friendliness and availability we’ve known for years. In a place without an elevator, it would have been nice to receive at least some help with luggage. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in maintenance, cleaning, and guest care. On the first day we found the owner smoking inside the property.

Un posto letteralmente fuori dal tempo: silenzio assoluto, tutta la locanda che profuma di buono e una vista mozzafiato che dalla campagna romagnola arriva fino al mare. 🌅 I nostri highlight: • 🍝 Cibo ottimo al ristorante e colazione super ricca (sia dolce che salata!) • 🏊♂️ Piscina fantastica con servizio bar • 🛌 Camera spaziosa e aria condizionata perfetta • 😊 Staff simpaticissimo e sempre disponibile • 🚙 Posizione strategica per escursioni al mare o nei splendidi borghi romagnoli o San Marino e San Leo Ci siamo rigenerati al 100% Consigliatissima! 📍🍷. Piccolo appunto: si potrebbe curare giusto un pelo di più la pulizia di fino
