The location, balcony view, and staff—especially the restaurant team—were good, but I was disappointed because the place calls itself a Pet Friendly hotel, yet pets can't roam the hotel or use the pool areas; they have to stay in their rooms. The beds are double, so they should be Queen Size at least. They charge 500 per night, yet there are no areas for pets to relieve themselves—you have to take them outside.

The staff were very polite and the venue was comfortable for the event I attended, but it was quite expensive for the value offered.

From the moment you arrive, the staff are attentive, friendly, and explain the hotel and its policies well. The food is tasty, a good place to rest. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Facilities, cleanliness, service, and food were all excellent; the breakfast was very tasty and varied. Nothing I disliked, except perhaps the location: I thought it was right next to the lake, but it’s only a few minutes by car or walk.
