A nightmare from start to finish. The room was heavily scented, the bathroom was soggy with a clogged drain and flooded after a shower, there was black mold on the walls, and the pillow was unusable because it was soaked in perfume. The restaurant was also a disaster: almost all beers were just foam, many dishes were unavailable, and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen. We preferred to dine at 2 Alpes. The night was very noisy with music, conversations, and the owners and their friends coming and going until after 1 a.m. Breakfast was non‑existent at 9 a.m., with only a few madeleines and sliced bread on a shelf. We travel regularly and have never encountered such a disappointing establishment. We left as quickly as possible.

The room was spacious, but the security left a lot to be desired—our bikes got stolen from the car while we were out that night.

The reception was warm, the place was clean, and you could eat very well on site. The only drawback was that breakfast was too expensive.

The establishment was adequate and the room was fine, but the meals did not match the guide’s description at all, were unsuitable for the hotel, and lacked freshness (felt ill).
