I stayed at Hotel Lydia for Ironman Emilia Romagna and it was the perfect spot! It was extremely close to the transition and Ironman Village, just a short walk away, with free street parking right in front. Breakfast was included, even at 4:30 am on race day, and the staff were the best – super friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The price was unbeatable during Ironman week. Not much to add… it isn’t a 4‑star Marriott, but it’s exactly what you expect and need.
