Pensiunea Encian

We had a very pleasant experience at Pensiunea Encian as a couple. The place was immaculate, and the host was welcoming and attentive, giving us useful tips about local activities. We appreciated the privacy and quiet, and she was always ready when we needed anything. The inn is peaceful, well‑located, close to the lake and to nice restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

“O locatie minunată într-un colt de Rai”

The spot is amazing, right next to the lake, with a stunning panorama from the upper floors. It’s right beside a restaurant and a general store, and just a 5‑minute drive takes you to other great eateries. The two‑level apartment has a kitchen and living room with a TV and a guest bathroom downstairs, and a bedroom with a TV and a shower‑only bathroom upstairs. There’s a balcony at the entrance and another on the top floor, both with seating, where you can enjoy the view and the ionized air from Colibita. Spotlessly clean and spacious, fully equipped, with a comfy bed. On the first level the property has a terrace with a ping‑pong table, a foosball table, sofas, a TV, and a play area for kids; the top level boasts a brand‑new terrace with panoramic windows offering a 180‑degree view of the lake. It’s a perfect chill spot with comfy sofas, a huge TV, and tables for various games. There’s also a terrace garden, and on the upper level a beach area with a few sunbeds. The host, Mr. Encian, is special, making us feel at home and giving us loads of activity suggestions for the area (especially an electric boat ride on the lake) and dining spots. He even has a Colibita dossier he shows to guests at check‑in. Thanks a ton and can’t wait to return ❤️ 100% recommendation

“O pensiune de suflet! Revenire plină de nostalgie și confort”

I spent an excellent three‑night stay at Pensiunea Encian in Colibița while attending the Via Transilvanica Marathon. This place holds a special place for us: eight years ago we stayed here for the Via Maria Theresia Marathon, our first mountain running competition. Returning to the same spot was a huge joy, and the host was incredibly kind, greeting us with the same warmth and hospitality we remembered. The pension is immaculate, clean, and provides the perfect quiet for rest and recovery after exertion. The stay at Pensiunea Encian was wonderful. We recommend it warmly to all athletes and tourists seeking excellent conditions and a warm welcome! The only regret of the trip (not the pension, but the area) is the lack of a promenade or a running or cycling trail around Lake Colibița, a huge potential that unfortunately is still missing from the local infrastructure.
