The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, had cigarette butts next to the bed and under the TV rack, and the sofa cushions were dirty with a lot of dust. I was not satisfied with the cleaning and hygiene.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was clean and pleasant, and the suite was pretty nice. We liked everything.

The breakfast arrived very quickly after I requested delivery to my room: cheese bread, mixed pastries, fruit, coffee, juice – it was really good. We loved the room décor, which didn’t feel like a motel, and the cleaning was spotless. The bathroom was beautiful; I even brought my own hair dryer because the one they provided was too strong. Uber to the city center was cheap. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. We’ll come back again if we visit BH. Thank you!
