Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The overall location, cleanliness, and quality of the space was excellent. I fully enjoyed my stay. The only minor issue was that the bed was exceptionally firm--a bit too firm for me, though some folks might like it. Everything was actually quite nice--as mentioned above, the only minor issue was that the bed was exceptionally firm--a bit too firm for me, though some folks might like it. Beyond that, it was an excellent stay

The hotel’s proximity to the soccer tournament was great, but the exterior outside the front door was a little spider‑webby.

The area was very quiet, and everything was fine.

The location was convenient with easy access to buses and the freeway, and the neighborhood felt safe, but the touch‑pad door lock malfunctioned, requiring me to re‑enter the combination 4–5 times; the lock would flash red after the third or sixth digit, sometimes flashing green, indicating it needs replacement.

The place was a dump: floors were cold, heating didn’t work, the shower was only lukewarm, the apartment was old and in need of repair, poorly lit, noisy from the highway, and the TV only buffered with difficulty getting channels to work.
