Great location and easy check‑in! Staff are available and kind. Easy access. Even though the room is on the ground floor, the windows do a good job of isolating street noise. The closet in the room made a bit of noise; I’d add a rug to muffle it. Lighting needs improvement—add an extra lamp besides the general one (the lamp shade is red, pleasant but another normal‑colored lamp would help).

The location was brilliant, very close to restaurants and bars. Lovely to have access to two balconies. The bathroom was great with strong shower pressure. Great value for money. Very quiet and easy to check in and out. Missing a few key facilities. A bin in the kitchen would be helpful, especially for those staying longer than a few nights. There was one small blunt chopping knife—difficult to cook properly with the current items. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but fine for a few nights! The property would also benefit from better curtains to block more light.
