I didn’t like it because I left a very sentimental item and they only keep it for 30 days while I was going to return to the city in 60 days. They would donate my item, which I didn’t like; they lost me as a customer.
The staff were very attentive and friendly, yet the cleanliness was lacking; the room I stayed in smelled of cigarette, and the walls were quite dirty. The hotel itself is tidy and has potential, but the poor cleaning ruins the experience.

The hotel was very good; even though it’s practically in the city center, there is no noise and it’s very calm. All the staff were very polite. The only thing I missed was a minibar in the room, but they provide a shared fridge and microwave.
The reception was wonderful, the room was clean, the service was exceptional, breakfast was great, and I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is basic yet very clean and well‑kept, and I liked that the hotel offers private parking for a fair R$ 20,00 per night. However, the blankets weren’t wrapped, so they might not have been washed before use, and there was no fresh French bread at breakfast, which matters because a lactose‑intolerant guest couldn’t eat any alternative.
