Excellent shuttle to the airport and a very good gym.

The place had a modern vibe, was clean, the shuttle worked, and it was close to the airport. I didn’t have a great experience with one of the workers (I can’t remember his name); he seemed to have a bad day and carried that attitude to his job, which was not great for front‑of‑house staff. Something to consider.

The restaurant staff are the best part of the hotel—Don Arturo and Don Armando are excellent. The reception staff are not the best, the rooms aren’t very spacious although they have everything and work well. Not having complimentary water seems a bit stingy.
