Everything was very pleasant, super central, they gave us very specific information for check‑in and the whole stay, the room was clean, pretty, warm and welcoming, the bed was super comfortable.

This was an excellent hotel and one of the highlights of our trip. There were always plenty of towels and beach towels available, and the concierge service was outstanding. The staff helped us arrange everything, including our golf cart rental and beach club reservation, which made our stay very smooth and enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Valerio. To rent a golf cart, we had to leave our driver’s license with the concierge. Since our golf cart return time and hotel check-out were scheduled for very early the next morning, before the concierge desk opened, we needed to get our license back the day before. Unfortunately, we forgot about this and realized it only after concierge hours had already ended. Even so, Valerio came back and personally helped us retrieve our license. If it hadn’t been for him, we likely would have missed our flight the next day. We are truly grateful for his kindness, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond to help us. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a hanger or drying rack available for wet swimsuits after visiting the beach. There may have already been one in the room and I simply couldn’t find it, but having an easy-to-find place to hang swimwear would be a nice addition
