“Terrible expérience”
Nothing I liked about this hotel. The experience was terrible and highly disappointing: the room was extremely overpriced, dirty, and had an unbearable smell. The receptionist was unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed intoxicated, with an attitude and behavior that were completely unacceptable. At check‑in, I was told the room I booked was far away, had no hot shower, and no air conditioning, even though it was clearly included. The room was practically impossible to reach, especially for elderly guests, requiring about 15 minutes of stairs; once up, going down again felt exhausting. On top of that, the hotel doesn’t even provide access to the beach, which is extremely disappointing. I strongly do not recommend this hotel—the poor service, unbearable smell, misleading room description, difficult access, and lack of basic amenities made this stay a complete nightmare. Save your money and choose somewhere else.
