The staff were super helpful, the room was clean, and the location was right in the city center
The room was spotless
The breakfast was a bit different, probably because it was Ramadan, but it was still good

“À fuir”
The hotel was unhygienic. We found hair in the shower drain, the ceiling threatened to collapse, and the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned—walking barefoot in the room was impossible. Although we booked for a stay with a child, no extra bed was provided. After complaining, they only brought a dusty mattress, no pillows or sheets; we had to insist again for bedding protection. The pool was unusable because of dead insects on the water surface, making it impossible for my child to swim. At 11:30 a staff member appeared with a pole to clean the surface, yet there was no chlorine smell. It was a deplorable experience. I will never set foot in this place again.
“Una auténtica decepción y una experiencia que no queremos volver a vivir.”
The photos of the hotel are very misleading. An advertised 4‑star hotel, but the room and especially the bathroom were far from what we expected. The fixtures and connections were rusty, the seams and silicone were deteriorated, there was dirt in the ventilation, cracks, and overall maintenance was clearly lacking. The lobby is the only area that looks cared for; leave that zone and you see a completely different reality. The lower terraces were dirty, neglected, and full of debris, giving the hotel a disreputable appearance. The most serious issue was the absolute lack of security. During our stay, they tried to rob our bag, which is intolerable and shows that guest safety is not a priority. The pool experience was equally surreal. I wore a normal swimsuit while other women wore burkinis. From the moment I entered, I received constant, intimidating looks from both women and men. My husband, oddly, did not experience the same. It shouldn’t be necessary to feel observed or singled out just for wearing a swimsuit. After seeing the state of the facilities, experiencing a robbery attempt, and feeling so uncomfortable at the pool, our conclusion is clear: we would not return, even if it were free. The difference between the photos and reality is huge, and honestly we feel that a carefully curated image is used to attract guests while hiding facilities and surroundings that leave much to be desired. We will not return to this hotel or to Oujda, a city that is very aggressive and dangerous.
“Catastrophique.”
The staff were really kind, yet the facilities were terrible: the bedding was uncomfortable with stains on the mattress and pillow, the walls and floor were dirty, dishes were left in the hallway for two days, and no cleaning service came at all during the visit.
The location was perfect, the staff helpful, the room clean with a nice view, and the breakfast was hearty.
“a revoir les equipements de l'hotel en général”
The breakfast was mediocre, but the room equipment was lacking.
