The only thing that seemed decent was the shower’s power. Upon arrival, everything looked filthy: the carpet was disgusting, crumbs and rubbish under the sofa cushions made it uncomfortable, and the dust everywhere was awful. The vinyl wrap on the furniture looked untidy and unloved, and holes in the walls added to the mess. The property appeared clean in the photos, but in reality there was no vacuum available, and I even filmed the dust on the glass. For the price, towels should have been provided, and the overall presentation was far from what was advertised.

The caravan was basic but clean. Food and rubbish were left under the seats, and there was a strong smell of food lingering.

“Horrible and dirty”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The shower was a highlight, with great water pressure and a comfortable temperature. However, the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped, and I found it inconvenient that the sinks didn't have plugs. Additionally, I was disappointed to find dirty sweets under the cushions on the sofa, and the carpet and fridge/freezer were also not well-maintained.
