The location, the staff, and the room were great, but the soundproofing was poor—neighbors could be heard when they talked loudly. There were also too few elevators, so sometimes you had to wait a few minutes to get to the hotel.

We checked in immediately and were upgraded to a higher room at no extra cost. For the price, the hotel is excellent; I recommend it. It’s opposite a shopping mall, and the metro is nearby.

Excellent hotel in a prime spot! Both the room’s furnishings and the view were superb, and you won’t find this value anywhere else in Europe. The reception staff were very attentive, and the central location means everything is reachable on foot or by subway.

The location was good and, by Chongqing standards, easy to find. The interior was clean, comfortable, and classy, and the price was great. It’s right in front of Raffles Mall, close to the metro, and there are plenty of places to eat.
