A charming hotel in a small village in the Danube delta that offers very nice excursions (Black Sea, wild horses of Balea…). The staff is truly very friendly. Note that when booking you need to be aware that the hotel is 1 hour by boat from Tulcea and that the shuttle (paid) has fixed times. The pool area could use a bit more upkeep.

Perfectly located in the Danube Delta, with the option to do 3‑ or 4‑hour excursions (145 lei/pers) either to Sulina or into the small branches to observe wildlife. The hotel has 3 boats for 8 to 10 people. Transfer to Tulcea is only slightly more expensive than the big Navrom boat. The pool was appreciated (though cooler than the Black Sea at the start of September) and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast was awesome with a great view of the navigation channel, letting you watch the big grain ships go by. We had a small hiccup with dinner availability the first evening, but we handled it with food from a nearby store.

Ideal accommodation in the Danube Delta. Everything was impeccable.

The scenery, food, and room mattress were good. The information about access and transport was wrong, and there were very few entertainment options.
