Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Facilities are clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is roomy, luggage storage is handy, staff are very responsive, and there’s free access to a nearby gym. The rooms are small and cramped, and the hotel sits at the bottom of Québec City, so you have to walk uphill to reach most attractions. That wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be for others.

The room is large with two queen beds on a platform, and everything is pink (even the salt shaker). It’s well‑located on a street with shops, so you can walk to the historic centre (just ignore the five‑minute walk across a highway underpass). Clicknpark parking is 50 m away. I didn’t rate the staff because we didn’t meet anyone in person – all communication was via SMS and email – but the hotel lives up to its pink and invisible reputation.

Everything is very clean and modern, but the music was loud until 4 am. The crowd outside our street‑view windows was shouting and having a good time. There were many homeless people and random drug use, but they kept to themselves. I felt safe, and it’s the same scene you see everywhere these days.

The décor is special with many nice details, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, and the place is quiet and clean.

The hotel is easy to find and sits in a lively part of Québec, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, yet there’s no noise disturbance – we slept like babies! We liked being close to Palais station (where we took the bus out of Québec) and to Old Québec, and we could do everything on foot. Nothing to add.
