This family‑run lodge is a real gem – the staff are warm, the rooms feel like a snug nest, and the downstairs restaurant and bar serve up amazing food.

We fell in love with this family‑run spot – the vibe is great, the staff super friendly, and Dannie and Steven even gave us a lift to the first chair every day in spring when the village was still snow‑free. The dinner at the restaurant is a must‑try, food’s delicious, and the location in the village is perfect. The room was a touch small, but the value was solid.
