“Never again.”

I arrived at the hotel and found my room spotlessly clean, but the front desk was a nightmare—checking in took forever, they couldn't add an extra day to my booking, and when I tried to extend myself they insisted I check out and back in again, which turned out to be a lie. The elevator was the slowest I'd ever seen, and at $250 a night I expected competent service for my few simple questions, but the staff were completely inept.

My daughter and I have stayed here twice now, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable, plus the location is super accessible.

We visited the property nine months after its opening and it was stunning; the staff were phenomenal, sweet, welcoming, and gave us extra pillows and tissues, while the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and felt like a mini apartment for our overnight stay, so I didn't dislike anything about the property.
