“Worth the money I payed”

The beds were very comfortable, and the price was justified; the staff were helpful. The rooms could use an upgrade, especially a place to charge phones—there were no plugs in the bathroom, so I had to ask reception for one. It was very noisy: dogs barked, doors slammed at night, so maybe installing slow closers on the doors would help.

“Very disappointed.”

The bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness was disappointing. Broken tiles were in the bathroom, old soap from a previous guest, and the toilet seat was loose. Drinking glasses were full of limescale buildup. The taps and chrome fixtures hadn’t been cleaned in a while, showing limescale and multiple rust rings in the sink unit. Coffee spoons were dirty. The ceiling had dirty marks from maintenance. The plug sockets for the lights had old-fashioned fittings, so I couldn’t charge a phone next to the bed. The bar food was overpriced and low quality. We were woken up early on the first morning by maintenance using electric screwdrivers and hammering above us, which ruined our morning. Disabled access to the dining area was impossible because the lift had been broken for a long time. I would not recommend this place and will not return.

“Poor hospitality”

I appreciated the free parking, but the overall atmosphere was cold, unapproachable, unfriendly, and even racist, making me feel invisible. I left a day early instead of staying the full period. I hated my time there and would never recommend it or return to any of their branches. Very poor indeed 😢 😞

“It was fine for what I needed”

The room was fine, the bed was okay, and the shower left something to be desired. Breakfast wasn’t provided.
