I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the city. However, I was expecting a complimentary breakfast, which is a standard in Indonesian hotels. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was not functioning properly, and the design of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Despite these issues, the hotel's central location made up for some of the drawbacks.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi and a functioning TV. The food was also quite good, and I enjoyed the indoor pool. However, I encountered some issues with the hot water taking a long time to come out, and the door to my room was damaged. Additionally, the room lacked a window and curtains, which was a disappointment given the photos I had seen.
