New place, still adding rooms and a side parking lot. Owner Katia is super warm and always checking that we’re happy. She even handed us mosquito repellent and insecticide because it’s a bug season. The bed was comfy, the AC was powerful and quiet – a solid stay overall. A bit of plumbing smell in the bathroom, but nothing that ruins it. Payment is by PIX and prepaid, which is normal around here. The hotel’s growing, so it’s getting better every day.

The place feels like a family home – clean, the host is adorable, and the coffee is divine. She even baked a fresh cake at night for the next morning’s breakfast. The town is gorgeous and still a bit off the beaten path, totally worth a visit. The downside? It’s not right by the beach – we had to drive. The streets around are under renovation and a bit bumpy, but it didn’t stop us from getting around. Also, the shower didn’t give hot water, but I get it – it’s hot out there.

The owners are super friendly, the place stays clean, and the breakfast is good. The only hiccup was that my room was right next to the breakfast area, so I could hear people chatting and eating.
