I didn't get a hot breakfast, it arrived in a brown paper bag, and the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly; the TV was missing the first night and then stopped working.

nothing, place was dirty. like it had not been cleaned for months! in disrepair, unsanitary feeling. smelling of pot being smoked in the room and outside common areas. nothing at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The beds were comfortable, the shower water was hot with good pressure, the value was affordable, the refrigerator was large, and the kitchen area was nice and new. However, we saw roaches in both rooms, the floors were dirty, and the keys in one room didn’t work the first time, then stopped working again the next day, and on the last day none of the keys worked; one room had no blankets and the staff promised to bring one but never did, forcing us back to the office; another room had no towels, the bathroom sink lighting was terrible, and there was no guide on TV or paper indicating channel numbers, such as TNT on channel 55.

I did get any breakfast during my stay,wasn't sure about the breakfast, the libby area was neat and clean, I saw dining room table and chairs, but nothing about a continental breakfast. OMG!! The beds are the greatest, comfortable, supportive clean,I've stayed at some high-end hotels/motels can't evev measure the comfort of the beds at Mainstay suites in Florence South Carolina Hwy.52. The driveway, parking lot was full of holes,large holes, I think it was dangerous because someone could've damage their car or an axel,the Mainstay is a decent price and a decent place to stay, byt something needs to be done to the driveways and parking lot
