The location is convenient for everything. The building is run down, with exposed outlets, hanging fixtures, a bathroom door that won’t close or lock, no microwave, a light fixture in the bathroom that’s exposed and hanging, a fan that’s just a hole in the wall, and so much dust you couldn’t even see what it was.
