The accommodation sits in a great location, stays clean, and the staff are kind. However, the bed was nailed to the window and it was hard for people sleeping by the window to move around. The welcome kit omitted water, only included tea bags, and a single coffee pod even though we had booked for two. Credit card payments were problematic, and parking is a ten‑minute walk from the property.

We ultimately didn't stay at that hotel because a last‑minute issue made it unavailable, but they found us a room at another hotel and were very courteous and helpful throughout.

The hotel is close to the sea and easy to reach by train, but there are too many stairs to get into the building.
