The location was great, and waking up to the sea was fantastic.

The place was decent, but we booked an apartment and only upon arrival discovered that the kitchen, entrance, and terrace are shared with other residents – that detail was missing from the listing. The room itself had several problems: there was no Wi‑Fi, and when I asked, the owner responded unfriendly and dismissive; he also does not speak English. The room received no natural light, only a window facing a closed courtyard with loud machinery, and the door didn’t seal properly, letting in constant noise at night. Cleanliness was poor: the room and drains were full of hair on arrival, which had to be removed before the water could run. In the shower only the handheld showerhead worked, and the sink had a strong sewage smell. The vacuum cleaner provided was broken.

The location is excellent and beautiful with the sea right in front; the new accommodation solutions are fully equipped with every comfort. Mr. Mimmo and his wife are very kind and always available. Highly recommended.
