Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.

The location is solid, but the top floor had a noticeable animal odor.

“I will be very hesitant to use Booking.com again.”

Nothing worked out; they claimed no rooms were available, and after waiting an hour in line, nothing resolved.

“Did not exist because the hotel canceled our booking without us knowing”

They canceled our booking without ever notifying us, then when we tried to get ahold of the hotel's front desk, no one answered. We eventually got ahold of to help us with the issue, and they also were not able to contact the front desk since no one was ansewring

“Waited 4 hrs to get into our room will never stay at this hotel again”

I was disappointed with the customer service, which was absolutely terrible, and there was nothing positive to mention.

“The staff were great, super friendly. For the money it was okay, but definitely could use some updating and fixing littl”

The staff were great, but the bathtub leaked and ran all night; the drain was rusted through and there was a strong cigarette and weed smell.
