The rooms were clean and the food was very good, though the lunches were a bit weak. Everything required asking; when we arrived the room wasn’t ready, there was no info on where the bathrobes were, and we had to pay for them the first time. I was also confused about where to go to the rooms. The towel‑handing attendant was unpleasant, and I couldn’t get any of the treatments because all the slots were booked.

The reception and dining staff were very friendly, and they changed the lunch menu for my child, which was great. The shower was in poor condition.

During meals in the lounge, there was an annoying kitchen noise and the music sounded like funeral music.

The food was fairly tasty, the area was quiet, and the indoor pool was a big plus. The rooms need investment; mold is visible on the bathroom grout and the carpeted floors in the rooms near the beach are hard to keep clean.

The indoor pool and sauna were fine and there was always enough space. Towels were freshly replaced at each visit. The food was sometimes not the usual hotel fare but offered culinary discoveries that tasted good. The built‑in fridge was quite loud.
