It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy, with all the comforts you need; you’ll have an awesome time, and the fireplace, kitchen, and tent are all in excellent condition. A quick sweep of the furniture to remove some spider webs would be nice, understandable for a natural setting, but occasional upkeep would be great.
