The hotel is charming, with staff ready to help with anything. We returned on a second trip to the city during the same tour and received an upgraded room. They allowed us to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities until the evening because of a late flight, including use of the spa showers and gym, and provided clean towels. Breakfast was hearty. The menu order was a bit less convenient, but it was supplemented by a rich snack bar. In the evening before departure, we ordered the best banh mi the hotel had ever served! The price is a bit high.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind throughout our stay. My husband suffered a tummy ache after returning from a day‑trip tour, but the hotel’s private tour was seamless and enjoyable. I just loved it.
