The beds were comfy and well spread, but the bathroom and entrance carpet weren't clean, and there were no kitchen pots or utensils. Some guests got allergic to the incense, so it’s best to avoid it. The room was spacious for my husband and me, in a good location for our needs, with a comfortable bed and warm air; it was quite outdated and suitable only for a brief rest, so you get what you pay for. The receptionist was hard to reach, always on the phone, and when I requested an invoice for business purposes it was sent to a personal name and took over a week to receive, so I didn’t bother to resolve it; before the stay, calling them just kept ringing out, indicating customer service needs improvement.

The shower was okay, but it was cold; I stayed in room 1 right on the road, so it was noisy, and the bed springs dug into me all night; the dishcloth looked like it had cleaned floors, there were no smoke alarms (which I think is illegal), the internet kept disconnecting and was very slow, and the cleaners didn’t lock the unit after accessing it for clean towels.
